A couple of people or more may interfere in causing a damage. This is normally called; Multipicity of causes. In this regard, the most responsible cause is destined to be recognized. Many jurists and scholars have evolved a number of researches on clarifying the issue, but setting a definite relation between causes- especially on longitudinal ones- seems too challenging. The multiplicity of causes may be stated in three phases; longtitudinal, equal or overview. The longtitudinal happens when two or more events affect each in it’s turn. On the other hand, the equality in causes happen, when all the partners play an equal role. In some damages there might be no definite or obvious cause to be marked as responsible: the case is called longtitudinal but again facing a number of challenging issues. The present research tries to open a new phase in determining the exact cause for each damage in civil liability.
