Offered services in centers are not identical, some of centers may perform different activity than others. One of major activities of arbitration centers is scrutiny of the arbitration proceeding. In centers such as the ICC Court of Arbitration and ICSID also scrutiny of the ward take place. Scrutiny of ICC Court take place to draft ward and for issues of form, the tribunal is obliged to follow the Court suggestion. In ICSID scrutiny is an quasi-judicial oversight and center has the right of review and annulment of arbitration award. In this article we will examine the question of whether this type of monitoring is to intervene in the arbitration tribunal or national courts proceeding. امروزه، مراکز داوری خدمات قابل توجهی در زمینۀ داوری ارائه می‌نمایند. خدمات ارائه شده در مراکز داوری، یکسان نیست. برخی مراکز، ممکن است نسبت به سایر مراکز فعالیت متفاوتی را انجام دهند. از جمله فعالیت‌های مهم مراکز داوری، نظارت بر جریان داوری است. در مراکزی، چون: دیوان داوری ICC و ایکسید بر رأی داوری نیز نظارت می‌شود. دیوان داوری ICC بر پیش‌نویس رأی نظارت می‌کند اما از لحاظ شکلی نظر دیوان برای محکمۀ داوری الزام‌آور است. در مرکز ایکسید، نظارت شبه قضایی است و مرکز برای بررسی و ابطال رأی داوری حق انحصاری دارد. در این مقاله، به طرح این سؤال پرداخته می‌شود که آیا این نوع نظارت‌ها، مداخله در کار محکمۀ داوری یا دادگاه‌های ملی است؟ https://clk.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_1903_254c1dffb668805c686f7eeb6e30790b.pdf
